Prerequisites: 

• Prove that you have attended an Authorized CEH Course at an EC-Council Authorized Training Center (ATC).
• Provide Certificate of Completion 
• Provide  Official Transcript from ATC
• Prove that you have attempted and failed the exam on your own.
  
• Provide copy of failed exam transcript from either Prometric or VUE
